Options to meet every need (and only pay for what you use)

Choose from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Corporate, Student, and Essentials packages, with flexible add-ons to match your situation. Many plans include multiple receiving names (great for roommates, families, or teams), and you can adjust as your needs change.

Electronic mailboxes = your Ithaca mailbox from anywhere

With our Electronic Mail service, you can view information about incoming mail from your email—perfect if you’re away for the summer, traveling, or living post-grad outside Ithaca.

The Student package is made for the full college journey and can be used for up to four consecutive years before converting to the comparable Bronze package.

Fast turnaround (usually same business day)

In most cases, we process and distribute incoming items the same business day they arrive—so it’s easier to stay on top of time-sensitive, important mail without wondering what’s waiting for you.

Packages handled safely—with delivery/forwarding options

If an item needs a signature, has tracking, or is too large for the box, we’ll hold it securely and notify you.

Need it sent to you? Mail forwarding is available upon request, either as-needed or at regular intervals (fees vary by destination/service).
