THC, CBD, and your shipment!

New York State legalized the sale and recreational use of Cannabis and THC containing products in 2021. Though it is legal to buy and use THC products within New York, it cannot be shipped through any major carrier. Below are references to the standards held by UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL as posted on their websites.

When sending products that contain THC, CBD, Nicotine, or Alcohol, it is best to be aware of carrier, local, state, and federal restrictions on the items to avoid a package being seized. The #1 thing to keep in mind is that shippers often have special licenses. Just because it was delivered by a carrier does not mean you can send it yourself.
