How to refer someone

To make sure the referral is recorded correctly, the new customer must add the referrer’s first and last name + mailbox (PMB) number when scheduling a Private Mailbox Setup Appointment with Uncle Marty's:

In the Referral Code section, enter:

Referrer’s first & last name + mailbox (PMB) number

Example: Jane Smith – PMB 1234

Terms & Conditions

• Submission requirement: The recommended customer must enter the referrer’s first and last name + mailbox (PMB) number in the Referral Code section when scheduling a Private Mailbox Setup Appointment. Referrals can’t be added retroactively.

• Who qualifies: The offer applies when a new Private Mailbox customer opens a mailbox at either Uncle Marty’s location and meets the minimum signup requirement below.

• Minimum signup required: The recommended customer must purchase a 3-month minimum prepayment, which is non-refundable.

• When credits are applied:

  • The recommended customer’s 1-month credit is applied after the initial 3-month term is completed.

  • The referrer’s 1-month credit is applied to the end of the referrer’s current prepayment term.

• Credit amount: The credit applied to both accounts will equal one month of the lesser base monthly mailbox rental fee of either the referrer’s package or the recommended customer’s package.

• What the credit covers: Credits apply to base monthly mailbox rental only (not setup fees, keys, add-ons, forwarding, delivery fees, or other services).

• No cash value / non-refundable: Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

• Account standing: Both accounts must be active and in good standing at the time the credit is applied.

• Other limits: No self-referrals. Uncle Marty’s may modify or end the referral offer at any time.
